Tell Claude what's going on, in plain words, whenever it's convenient:
"Homepage got approved. Still waiting on design for the campaign. Office move pushed to fall. I emailed the new hire."
That's it. Claude sorts it into the right projects — statuses, notes, snapshots, emails — so you don't have to.
If a week got busy and things piled up, Friday's a nice moment to empty your head all at once. Just dump it:
